About the Trainer, Theo Nabben
Theo Nabben is an internationally recognised specialist in the MSC technique. He has taught MSC extensively (on more than 30 occasions) in Australia, UK, Indonesia,
Timor Leste, Solomon Islands, Kenya, Malawi, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Ethiopia, Austria, Romania and Germany.
Clients include Local Authorities, Not for Profits, several international NGOs, government departments and EU, DFID, USAID and AusAID funded international development projects. Sectors covered include: various community health i.e. drug and alcohol, indigenous health, refugee youth/homeless, rural infrastructure, agriculture and regional development, gender and advocacy programs. He has even used MSC as part of a leadership training program for prison officers!
Theo holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) specialising inhuman geography (development studies) and post graduate certificates and diplomas in Rural SystemsManagement, Agriculture, Farm Forestry and Frontline Management.
Theo has strong skills in workshop facilitation, is also a qualified trainer, and holds a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, BSZ40198.
